It depends. If you have good reactive strength but are weak as a kitten, then you need to focus more on improving maximum strength on exercises like squats. If you're already strong but not explosive, then shit like box jumps and depth jumps will help you more.
After looking around this part of the forum a few times, you really seem to be the worst poster, period.
it took you a few times to figure that out?
google this thing called air alert, it increases your vertical some crazy amount.
Its a nice workout plan, I think some place also makes those shoes that make you stay on your toes or something to work out your jumping muscles.

Kelly's Vertical Jump Development Bible is really good. Much better than that Air Alert crap.
