What do you do to work those delts
not bad idea
ohp/bradfords/rear lateral raises
neutral-grip frontal raises
db military press
overhand lateral raise
underhand frontal raises
careful with the frontal raises, though... they can put some pressure on the shoulder sockets... don't twist unnaturally
I like db military press... push press too but my form is probably shit and am lame enough not to have taken enough time to practice and learn it.
i been really liking db presses, and hang cleans. But i always loved db presses, i think there one of the best delt mass builders.
