I realized doing shoulder presses, and upright rows and shrugs isn't really doing the rear delts. Im just wondering what your preference is for this muscle group?

I like doing rear delt row with cables. Pullups are good too.

Facepulls, rows, rear laterals, reverse machine flys, even pullups.

Honestly db rows, close grip cable rows keeping the shoulders retracted, reverse peck deck, bent over laterals on with free weights or cables. Thats what has worked for me. Results may vary.

Ever try using a vbar for facepulls? Hits more of your traps but I think it's made a huge difference in my trap development.
