best excersize to build forearms?

    i dont have a lot to work with. i work out in my basement with free wieghts. i have a bench press that doesnt do incline :( and a bar for when i want to do bar curls. any sugestions?

    use hook grip on back excersises.

    Mine got strong, but not bigger, from deadlifting.

    I'm thinking about getting one of those bars with larger handles for this new home gym. Those are said to work great.
