best dumbell exercise to work the middle-to-lockout portion of the bench/tricep?

    my left arm gives me trouble on the last rep or two of dumbell bench, at the medium part of the lift. If i remember correctly, that's a tricep issue.

    what's the one best exercise i can do to help balance the tri's for that part of the lift?

    i say "one best" because i plan on adding it after chest workout, on chest day. I don't do a tricep day at the moment.

    how about for people that arent allowed to bring chains and bands and boards into their gym? :hsd:

    lol you dont need specialization work for failure on a non competition lift. its like saying man towards near failure on the leg extension my right leg just gets tired and quits, what should i do?!

    well i want to add a tricep exercise to the end of bench day and wanted to add teh most productive one. that's all.

    CG bench, JM press, and pin presses are my favs. :big grin:

    pin presses are sweet b/c you get like almost 75lbs more.. hehe
