Regular milk does that for me.... or ice cream.

TS... I think you're best off just getting back on a healthier diet.
Only type of detox I've recently tried was a liver one which you might consider because of the drinking...if you're that concerned.

Master Cleanser? Did that a couple times in my very ignorant 20's.
I think doing so is unnecessary.
And when people say they 'want to clean their system'...they usually mean 'I want to lose weight as fast as possible.':hs:

Wild Oats and places like that have some sort of package that supposedly cleans all of the shit out of your system. Not exactly sure what it is though. I will be more vague in the next statement i make.

Just get back to a healthy diet ASAP. You'll simply extend feeling sluggish and tired if you go on a fast meant to cleanse.

Go on a diet for ~ 2 weeks that mainly consists of high fiber whole grains, fish, water and tons of vege's.

Try to stay away from sugar and red meat.

But realistically, just getting back into a strict diet will help.

But a friend of mine does the above (2 weeks of vege's, fish, and small amounts of whole grains) twice a year and he says it does wonders for him.
