I just ordered one for $180 shipped to my door.

Just go to fatwallet.com and do a search for 750gb seagate and the page will come up.

It gives you all the info right there, but briefly it's because you are price matching
a Frys price at Staples. The Frys price is $229, and Staples will
match it with their 110% price match guarantee.

And I also found one of the Staples $50 off $200 coupons from an ebay seller for $3.
Best $3 that I've spent in a while.

All that added up to $184 including the $50 off coupon code, for
a Retail boxed Seagate 750gb SATAII hard drive, shipped to my door
    with 2 day shipping.

I'm surprised that no one showed any interest in these drives when the deal was going on.

I've got all my movies transferred over now, and it's nice having them all on one drive.

And the nice thing about Staples, was that it was true 2 day shipping.

I ordered it on a Sunday night, and recieved the drive on Tuesday morning.

Oh, and who knew that it takes 2:50 to transfer 457gb of movies.:eek3:

That works out to a hair under 45mb/sec, which is not bad I guess. Btw, that was a transfer from a 500gb Seagate.

Heh, it was actually all regular dvd's that I transferred to my hard drive. Not one single porno in the bunch.
