 Other than Dumb & Dumber that is the WORST list I have ever seen that you would consider a girl would like to watch with you

. But, yeah I do agree comedies are really good movies to watch with a girl, and horror (if she's not too scared to watch them). OR..as was said before something you BOTH decide on.

If your goal is to get close to the girl and not actually watch a movie, then you want one of three types:

Romance/romantic comedy- Heightens one's natural mushiness.
Horror/thriller- With certain girls this can promote a sense of wanting to be held and protected. :noes:
Anything boring- Because sometimes you aren't really watching the movie anyway. :cuddle:

The Notebook and Phantom of the Opera are pretty bearable chic flicks. They always worked for me at least. Phantom of the Opera is at least a bit more entertaining IMO though so I'd say go with that one.

The Notebook is pretty damn good in my opinion. Only problems I really have with it are the fact that the woman's infidelity has no negative consequences while the men that love her are forced to endure great pain. Still the end > pretty much any love story ever. :wtc:

Anything where the chick goes back to the guy in the end, Saving Silverman for example. It's a comedy, but the dude gets the chick and it's all "aww" at the end.
