Best cold cereal for cutting?

    I eat Honey bunches of oats now which I think has trans fat in it :ugh: .


    Any recommendations for a good cutting cereal?

    i'm eating fiber one: honey cluster right now.
    14g fiber per serving. only 5g sugar. tastes real good. no fat or anything. 47g carb.

    I've never thought of that. Maybe some ON chocolate whey in some milk with some cocoa pebbles. That would be :drool: :yum:

    I eat special K with vanilla and almonds. It's pretty sugary but it gets the job done I guess.

    I know that eating like shit is the new hotness here at F&N but I think that everyone can agree that trans fat is something that you should definitely stay away from.

    Atkins cereal, it was seriously one of the best cereals I've had that was healthy. Only downside is it was $5 and a small box.
