Best Chest Workout Ever Today.

    DB Benchpress - NEW PR 135 x 3
    Inclined 275 x 2
    Weighted Dips
    Medicine Ball Pushups.

    My chest feels like a fucking bomb getting ready to explode.

    oh yeah. for DB press i used the westside method. I used to do WS4SB before casue i play football but i switched to classic bodybuilding about a month ago to get cut for the summer. For now on im using westside always for my first chest excersize.

    i dont recall how many reps i was doing exactly(i was doing 6-10) but my dip belt is for DBs. i did 75x12 for 2 sets. then i went to 85 for i think like 9 then 7.

    This pic is about 4 months ago. its the only picture i have on my dads laptop. I had to send it to my email from my phone. ill post newer ones later when i get up stairs in about 45 mins. This is when i was on WS4SB. ive gained about 10 more pounds since then from simply just eating right. my bench was around 275 here.

    sorry the 135 each arm dumbell press amazed me. That seems kinda out there for your size.

    Yay another person who supposedly DB presses 130's or more but can't barbell bench 300lbs.

    Where do all you people come from.

    Steriod town usa? When I get to the 135 dumbell press Il be dead happy . . My flat bb bench is already slight higher :noes:

    unlocking the elbows and locking them again does mean you can bench the 135's

    i was having back problems from football. I got a helmet to the side of my hip and it fucked up my lowerback for some reason so i had to take it easy on legs for a while. I started heavy legs again in December. like i said that pic is 7 months old.
