Best cheap phone at AT&T?

    That's it...the best cheap(est) phone available through AT&T. I'm talking free to say $100. Obviously none are going to be that great, but which is the best?

    $99 where? I see it advertised on the commercials for new members, but online and when I called they told me $249.

    Either realistically...ideally i would like a smartphone, but i'm not willing to pay more than $100 or so for a phone.
