i need to get some wind, think running from cops type of cardio.
im serious, i used to swim and thats the last time i had any wind, but i lost alot of explosive strength and muscle also, i want a happy medium.
i was thinking some max effort 400m work? help me out here guys.

dude i dunno where you get the idea that exercises can help you control the weather but i think you are in the wrong forum

they dont work for what they have, its just given to them, they dont know shit about training for nutrition, none of them.
and I don't understand how you'd train for nutrition

I dont have the cardiovascular, my dad is unathletic oaf....... but i got the exposive, and sprint..... i also lack the hand eye cordination....
You better have some endurance...
