Best Bulking diet anyone?

    Im bulking right now & am curious to see what some of you meat heads eat when you bulk. :bowdown: Post your bulking diets...

    lift heavy


    continue until desired weight is surpassed

    then cut

    A sample of what I ate today:

    Large bean, rice, cheese, chicken borrito.

    Can of tuna with mayo and mustard on wheat bread

    50g protien shake

    4 chicken strips from safeway

    Large pulled pork BBQ sandwhich with mashed potatoes and baked beans

    2 PB and Js on wheat bread

    Grilled cheese on wheat bread

    Drinking some chocolate milk now too.

    it's more fun being big, I don't think I am going to want to cut when it comes time.

    When I'm in my bulking phase I primarily focus on eating shit sandwiches.

    Not really bulking just trying to eat up:

    6 eggs + asparagus + cheese omelette / 1/2 cup oatmeal

    2 scoop protein shake / cup yogurt

    6-8 oz chicken breast / 1/2 cup oatmeal

    8oz hamburger / 8 pierogies / bunch of sun chips

    6-8oz chicken breast / 1 cup oatmeal

    2 scoop protein shake / bunch of pasta / 2 cups skim milk

    1 can tuna / 2 granola bars

    6oz cheeseburger / 2 cups milk

    bunch of cottage cheese / bunch of peanut butter

    I eat pretty much the same as I would normally but eat close to 1lb of peanuts a day which adds 2800 calories and 150 grams of protein to my daily diet. And I am still gaining weight slowly at 4800 cals a day:wtc:

    Similarly, I'm wondering the recipes for the bulking protein shakes again. I know a couple of you guys out there have some with 1000 cals. :p
