What brand disc have worked best with you?
I use Memorex usually, they've never given me a problem.
I see memorex as a cheaper brand , probably because of my bad experiences with their minidiscs
best brand? whatever is on sale. for me they all work the same. i havent had a dud in ages unless it was my fault.
yeah buy a cheap one, save some money
Agreed, they're all pretty much the same, buy whatever's cheapest/on sale.
Ok, point taken, thanks
The Only CD's I would avoid are the Spin-X, Sony's "no-name" brand.
I had about a 5% fail rate with those.
Another vote for whoever has the biggest mail in rebate.
I have Memorex and Maxell and I like the Memorex CD-R's the best...
TDK from costco
Costco here doesn't have them that cheap anymore AFAIK. Cheapest place here now is BestBuy.
those rebates where you buy the spindle for 39.99, and get a 50 dollar mail-in . its all the same except for one shitty brand,, i think it was fuji or some foriegn name
to tell you the truth - whatever is the cheapest has worked jsut as well for me as any brand name
now I only buy stuff that's completely free (usually after rebate)
Anything that is relabelled Taiyo Yuden if I care about the integrity of the contents on the cd.
Anything that is nearly 100% rebate for some cheap cdr's for crap like games, movies, and music cd's.
We dont get rebates and all that other crap here , we dont have a costco, bestbuy, no walmart.
I'll have to check out if we have the equivalent.
