i know you guys love whole wheat bread..ive learned that i should look for "100% whole wheat" on the bag. Saw a couple at the store, picked up "Arnolds, Whole Wheat Classics 100% whole wheat" bread. Last time i picked up "Roman Meal, 100% whole grain" bread.

check the ingredients, and both had high fructose corn syrup in them :nono:

-what brand of whole wheat bread do you guys usually buy thats not that fake whole wheat shit and is quality?

you might have to settle with what ya got, bread is different EVRAYwhere.

unless some OT'er knows some amazing well known bread :o but other than that the local stuff is pretty good

my possible reccommendation: 8 grain bread from costco, its like a lb, the slices are huge and it fills you up like a motherfucker

agreed. Ezekiel will be the best. I used to eat just the pepperidge farm 15 grain, but now I stick mostly to whole wheat tortillas instead. There only brand I could find w/o hydrogenated oil was the La Favorita whole wheat.

    .

I use Miltons and tend to switch between that and sourdough so I don't get too tired of it.

Yeah there's a whole foods down the street from me. I might check it out.

Wegman's scares me for some reason. It's like a cult...
