Edit: I've decided to go with the EFS retro. Thanks for all the great feedback! I have one more quick question.

My waist size is 35'' (measured around belly-button).

    Which size should I get? Medium (33-36'') or Large (37 - 40") ?

    -----------------------------------

I'm currently torn between Inzer and EFS.

Or should I go for something more expensive? Any help or recommendation is greatly appreciated.

Well I was born with 2 thin disks in my back, so even though my numbers aren't high, I wanted the extra support for deadlifts and military press (which is how I hurt it a few days ago).

i donno anything about discs but if they're weak it makes more sense to lift without a belt than with...

my back also hurts when I do military press :o

I only plan to use the belt for military press, and heavier dead lifts and squats (50% of 1RM). Don't want to take any chances.

50% of your 1RM wouldn't be considered a "heavier deadlit and squat"

I understand, but I've had a history of lower back pain when I was younger, along with 2 thin disks in my lower back. So with deads and squats, I'm sticking to higher reps, and lower weights to be on the safe side.

i hurt my back strict pressing because I was overarching my lumbar...

Now I lean back from the hips and keep my spine a lot straighter, no problems at all.

I would go with the medium. I'm about the same size around the bellybutton and I believe I have the large. I'm on the very last hole and it's still not as tight as I would like it. I bought it when I had a lot larger lovehandles and it fit fine, but now it doesn't.

I'll try and check the belt size when I get home from work tonight to make sure it's a large.

I checked out the belt and I couldn't find the size anywhere on it, but I'm pretty sure it was a large.
