My grandma just loves her 2.01ghz 244mb ram computer but her Telus anti-virus was bogging it down horribly so she got me come over and I took it down to only firewall and anti-virus, but it was still unusably slow so I disabled it and told her I would find her something else.

I told her she should get a new computer, she doesn't want to get one because she "knows this one". Old people :dunno:
She checks her e-mail, and links from the local newspaper online, recipes, and that is pretty much it. She called me all worried today because she feels "vulnerable".

So what basic anti-virus should I get her that won't bog her slow computer down? It doesn't matter if it's not free.

If possible, get another stick of RAM. It can't possibly be maxed out, not with a 2Ghz processor in there.
