best english dubbed anime?? damn, that's a toughie... most dubs lose the intensity of the seiyuus that worked in the original production... i can't say i have enjoyed any dubbed animes in the recent past. . . original seiyuus + subs = teh win.

Well, I don't have a problem watching something that has subtitles, it is just as simple as me being unable to translate japanese ;)

oh... but ur post it just seemed that "in english" meant "dubbed" rather than subbed... well, in that case... there is A LOT at your disposal... i just started watching bleach 2 days ago, and i already went thru all 19 already aired episodes... it's just THAT f'n good...

i'm also a big fan of initial d... but u gotta like cars, driving, and racing in order to enjoy it.

i think rahxephon is dubber very well, i actually like the dubber better then subbed. But for everything eles i would go with subbed.

i'm guessing you are new to anime, i think kinshin, trigun, or naruto would be good to start you off.

Fruits Basket... there was a kind of love story/triangle but it never got that far unlike most anime. that's what was so genuinely sweet about it. :gfight:

Just beware that watching Cowboy Bebop first will set the bar pretty high for your first series

That would be my first choice also. Every episode was interesting.

One Piece is also good if you like more action.

Downloading all the episodes however, is not for the faint of heart: http://www.kaizoku-fansubs.com/torrent/index.php
