For your PC
You have them, and you're happy with them.
Yamaha HS50M studio monitors
KRK Rockit 10 studio sub
fed by M-Audio FW-410 via XLR
I'm rockin Logitech X-230. I like them. Sounds decent for the $50 I paid.
Klipsch ifi hands down.
btw studio monitors are not considered computer speakers, if you were to consider ALL speakers, then you just opened pandoras box, at least for the audiophile junkies.
Let me tell you why the other computer speakers are crap.
Bose- it's decent, but not crisp and lacks a clean base.
Logitech- muddled sound and lacks coloring
sony- cheap chinese components
creative- same as logitech
altec lansing- same as logitech as well
Klipsch is the only home theater makers, sony's ht is so bad they don't count and bose is truly over priced crap, that actually matter.
I like my klipsch 2.1s
klipsch 2.1 pro
mine kill those.
av123 X-LS bookshelves + T-amp. They dont produce room rattling bass, but they arent bad for nearfeild computer listening. Could always add a X-Sub for $199.
Emu 1820 sound card into some BX5 M-Audio bookshelf spkr and a yamaha sub. SQ is pristine.
i basically have the same thing
i have the RP5's and firewire solo instead though
what do you guys think of harman kardon sound sticks II ?
I like harmon kardons receivers, but not much else.
Running klipsch RB-75's on computer and RF-7's for HT
Sub-12 for computer and RSW-15 for HT
