I currently carry a full size HK USP and it is a bit too big. I have not had a chance to hold a Beretta but they look like an easier gun to carry. Or should I just go with a compact?

The 92 is a bit thick in my opinion, but if you can pull it off I say go for it.

Easier than an HK USP you think?

I couldn't say, I can say that in general people would shy away from the 92 and the full size USP as carry pistols. There are plenty of pistols that are just as capable and much better suited for concealed carry.

G19 is just about right IMO, the Beretta is pretty heavy, and that will get old after wearing it for a few hours.

Buy it, carry it, do what you want man. I know I can't get an idea out of my head unless I do it. :wiggle:

Wow thanks about the info on the safety as I had no idea about that. What do you think of an old Sig P6?

How small are your hands? I could easily flip the safety off with my right thumb

I own one and its a great gun, but I don't think I would put my life on the line with that gun. Single stack 8rd 9mm is kinda :ugh: in a life and death situation, not to mention that there is some extra effort needed in changing magazines as it needs to be firmly in place.

I'm considering purchasing a subcompact sometime soon, as I also own a full size USP .45. I've been looking at the beretta px4 storm and the cz 2075 rami. I would get another sig or hk but I feel that the design is too similar and I don't want all my guns too look the same, at least until I make more money and can buy whatever I want.

I've carried my 96fs on occasion just to try it. It doesn't conceal well for me at all. Then again if you are concealing a USP, I'm sure you could conceal the 92fs just fine.

It is heavy and if yours has the rubberized grips like mine has, clothing will tend to "stick" to it. Also the safety likes to dig into your side as well.

The USP and the 92fs are very close to the same size. If you want something easier to carry, get something smaller.

I conceal the HK fine but it takes up a ton of room.

Hope I don't hurt anyones feelings but the 92fs is pretty much garbage. Porr egonomics, poor sights, and the trigger just makes it really really difficult to shoot well. The gun just fights you.

I am looking for another gun in the same or lower price range. Can be used but better be under 500.00. HK and Sigs all seem to be too high..

If you can fit a Glock, the G19 is hard to fuck up.

If you don't mind single stack, Kahrs vanish under clothing, and some people (myself included) find them more ergonomic than Glocks.

anything is possible if you dress around your gun and have a good holster and belt.

I much prefer the americanized controls. Those funky euro mag releases are just really slow and awkward.
