    THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

BENTON CITY, Wash. -- The Benton County sheriff's office says a man found dead in a burning motor home apparently set the fire in an attempt to cover up a burglary.

Firefighters found the body Thursday after they extinguished the fire in Benton City.

Sheriff's Det. Bob Brockman told The Tri-City Herald they also found a VCR and other electronic equipment near the door.

Brockman says the man entered through a back window and was apparently trying to leave when he was overcome by smoke.

He was identified as a 43-year-old Benton City man, James Maurice Kaiser.

How long till the family of the burglar to sues the owner of the motor home and the manufacturers for not ensuring it was fireproof? Minus whale sue the VCR manufacturers too for making a product that's so appealing to steal from a place that will burn down and kill you if you set it on fire and stay in there.

But seriously, who the fuck steals VCRs? You can't even give VCRs away these days. Do stores like Best Buy and Circuit City even sell VCRs anymore?
