Benching/pushup problem

    whenever i bench or do pushups my elbow tendons pop and it hurts so bad that i can't lift. Is there anything i can do about this other than surgery?

    Sounds like tendonitis. You need to see a doc.

    my shoulder started to slip the other day :o

    fuck you old nagging shoulder injury that will always haunt me :wtc:

    very few people actually have tendonitis

    I have tendonitis. Not that rare.

    most people confuse tendinitis with tendinOSIS
