Are there any good noob resources out there about shirts and suits? This whole not lifting to be strong thing is getting annoying and I'm gonna be switching back to a good PL routine next week with the intention of getting into equipment withing the next two months. Any help would be appreciated.

like mentioned above... it depends on your goals. if you are looking at powerlifting then sure... get one. it takes a lot of work to use one correctly, its not just get fitted in and bench 50lbs more

if you are just a casual lifter - there is no need

inzer's weight/sizing thing is really not acurate. i'd say to order from houseofpain because you give them your measurements & they give you what works, rather than ordering a size from inzer based on weight, not taking into account height.

i guess it just depends. my bench shirt was ok on my arms, but my lats were too big for it.
