Any ideas on how to get a better form when benching? For some reason every time I bench lately I'm lifting crooked or have my head up or something is screwed up. :(

even on my warmup which is easy as hell lately its been coming out crooked. I'm not sure why, I'm lined up right and everything.

i don't know what else to tell you. I started off with super light weight til I got the form perfect. Even if you start your chest day off with just the bar just to work on your form, it's better than doing it wrong all the time.

you clearly need in-person instruction if you can't even maintain proper form with really light weight....you must have shit for coordination

used to fine... maybe just gradually got off perfect form and now its all fucked.
I think i'll start working on my form for a bit instead of weight.

This should be your mantra in the gym.
