In need of a little advice. I've been doing the Christopher (5x5) routine and my numbers have gone up on everything but bench. I'm still stuck at pretty much the same weight. Thing is, I'm after chest development, not high numbers so I try to use the best form possible and touch and go on every rep. Yesterday though, I only went down about 3/4 of the way, and increased my bench by 15 pounds on the final set. It seemed too easy, which is why I'm here. Am I getting any benefit from these partial reps? Or should I continue to go all the way down even if that means low weight and getting "stuck" on the last set?
