theres a pretty large man at the gym i go to and every night, hes always working his chest/tris...its like the only muscle groups ive ever seen his exercise ever since the last 2 months. and seen him in 2003 when i was a temporary during summer as well. dont get me wrong, but he has a fairly large chest and not a man i would tick off. his tris are decently shaped as well... but i could definately tell his lower body/forearms/traps/neck/stomach hasnt seen much exercise. so this man racks up heavy on the flat barbell bench press, like 405lbs. however, when he performs the bench press, he only brings it down like 8" inches to his chest. im thinking, how the hell does a man like this have such huge chest when he doesnt even take the bar down to his chest when doing the bench?
