I'm getting nice slaps on the ass from all my teammates for hitting homeruns all the time now Also, what do you guys think is a good ratio for curls vs concentration curls? Mine is currently 2.8776:1, is that good? I like to do 5lb DB's (the pink ones) for 22 reps and 4 sets. That's the best range I've found best works for me.
