OK I'm a fat guy who's pushing 300lbs. Started eating right and exercising and have lost some weight. I have a concern though, I use the eliptical machine because it seems like the best non-impact exercise that I can do, but my belly would flop around while I use it. A friend gave me a compression undershirt to wear, and it seems to keep things stable. I was just wondering if this was a good ideal. It seems to me like its a good idea to keep my belly stable or that it might cause some sort of problem like reduced skin elasticity or stretch marks or something. Am I right? Is the compression shirt a good idea?
