The info coming out about this event is kind of going under the radar, so I figured I would compile the vitals all in one post. I really like the concept, its like how TUF could or should be on paper

seems like they have experienced people running the show. They know that they can't just start out competing with the ufc (e.g. Afflicition) and they gotta work their way up. I think thats the right track, good potential.

Hadn't even heard of this, looks great. I agree that this is ideally what TUF should be like, but of course most of those guys are already established fighters, whereas TUF was trying to bring in new talent. I would expect this to be substantially better than TUF due to the above distinction.

I have read about this and knew they were looking at Filho.

I'm just worried about it being on Deportes.

I'm assuming it will be available in English at some point, but I wonder how big of a following it will have.

saw this alot on mmajunkie, and i may have to "call my cable company to order espn deportes".
i like that espn is taking a very slow calculated approach to this and not just rushing in trying to throw a ton of money at it hoping that it will sort itself out.

    and :bowrofl: at jon koppenhaver.
he'd rather serve overpriced absolut bottles to gay dudes than stfu, get paid real money and fight on a bigger stage.

Just got back from the Oklahoma portion of the Bellator fights, pretty good event. Had nice floor seats. They were a bit too ambitious using the Lloyd Noble Center for this event though. Especially considering they didn't promote this very well. Oh well, still a good show. I'll definitely catch it when the english broadcast airs, I believe they said Wednesday. The spanish version is tomorrow I think.
