Being Sore - Question

    I know that since i just started up again i was gonna be sore, its just a fact.

    What i wasn't sure was should i take any days off in the beginning to let my muscles heal/repair?

    I normally just do stuff dependent upon how i feel in the morning of said day. If i'm really really sore i take the day off then continue the next day.

    Is it bad to take days off? am i supposed too? am i not supposed too?

    Well shouldn't you have something like a 3 or 4 day split
