My girl got my sick over the weekend. I did my Monday routine and was supose to start again weds. (squatting) , I slept most of the day after I got outa class, tried to stand outa bed and fell down practically. Today headache, nose clogged, taste went away in the morning. So I slept after class again, tried to see if I could go workout now. Did about 10 body weight squatts, and got light headed. Back in bed now. I hate missing a workout. I might end up missing the whole week .
