Beginning to bulk (STILL SKINNY!) **PICS**

    Exactly one week ago I started my bulking routine by adding N-Large II to my diet and reworking my gym schedule. I'm still skinny as fuck but I hope to put on 20-30lbs in the next few months and see some needed muscle gains. Here are some pics:


    First, this is over a year ago at the beginning of spring break.

    Now, this is today after a weeks worth of bulking... not sure if you can notice any gains from the pics but check up on me in a few months! :x:

    edit: in the months ago pic I had a hairy chest so it made my chest look more defined, just remember that wasn't shadow it was hair :hs:

    well... I wasn't bulking... I've been going to the gym atleast once a week since the middle pictures but have been playing a shit load of tennis and doing other cardio and I realized unless I ate like assloads of food, all that was going to do was make me skinnier and lifting wont help on it's own... Until a week ago my diet was also around 1200-1800 calories a day because I don't have a big appetite at all.

    Forcing myself to eat is pretty hard but I'm at about 3-3500 calories since last Friday.

    Also, while I have this thread up... would you guys recommend someone like me loading Creatine?

    so how often are you going to the gym? if you still only go once a week thats why you arent very hungry

    Started loading creatine yesterday, taking in 500 more cals and now that school is out for 4 weeks I'll be hitting the gym harder..
