I'm 6'2 and 162 pounds.. I was a really skinny kid til about age 12 then I got chunky then got mostly skinny again around 15, then at like 17 I just exploded for some reason and went up to 215 pounds! Now I'm 19 and 162. I've lost 20 pounds since June. When I stand I look like I have a good body but when I lean over, a little bit of fat on my lower stomach "collects" and looks gross.. How can I tighten this? I really want to work on getting buff and a 6 pack. I have one of those $200 weight systems from Walmart, I've been using that and have noticed an improvement plus I have whats called a "power tower" from Dicks and I've been doing the thing where youhold yourself up using your arms then kick your legs straight out and pullups. I can do about 15 pullups. I also run about 1/2 mile and walk another mile. I usually do this 3-5 times a week. Does anyone have any other good tips?
