before sleeping ...

    Every day I usually wake up and eat breakfast at 9, lunch at 12 then have a protein drink at 3, another meal at 6, drink at 9 and muscle milk before sleeping at around 1.

    Im almost done with my last container of muscle milk, do you guys think it is worth buying more or should I just be eating before I sleep.

    My goal isn't to bulk up, I just want to remain at my weight and be strong pound for pound when wrestling season starts up. (well I'll actually have to cut a little more weight)

    if you can get protien from food why bother with it?

    I'd say just eat a tub of cottage cheese (with some sliced peaches or strawberries) before ya go to bed.
