who would you like to see him fight?

Not sure if he has 5 or 6 fights left, but giving Cote a rematch is yet anotehr waste of a fight for a fighter of this calibur with such a short shelf-life now.

Okami - just to avenge a loss and because Okami earned it
Hendo - Still his worst match up at 185
Lawler - Fireworks and a fresh face to new fans
    -
Vera - If Vera came motivated, could be like watching ballet
Rampage or Liddell - Just for the notoriety
Griffen - I dont see a reason why he couldnt retire with both belts

unless he fights like he did last weekend i think him vs. machida would be interesting. very accurate striker vs. very hard to hit. both good on ground

im curios to see it but don't want risk the outcome, but machida vs anderson could be interesting.
okami deserves it but I don't care.
all of the good fights for him are at 205 but I don't want to see him lose because he's the smaller man.

unfortunately, with his career obviously winding down, i dont see it likely for him to fight Machida or Filho. :(

GSP, Liddell, and Forest or whoever is the 205 champ.

Lawler would get ko'd quickly. He has the stance that anderson loves to pick apart. Anyone who swings for the fences gets ko'd quickly and thats lawlers style.

I was thinking this too. Lawler could be fun too...for 1 round anyways.

Okami deserves the rematch as well, it would cement Silva as the be-all and end all of the MW div.

Otherwise, fighting at 205 is the most interesting. Since he wouldn't fight Machida, Ramage, Liddell, or Wanderlei could be good.

that would be my #1 if i thought it would happen.

I'd love to see him retire with both belts, then hold 2 tournaments to get new champs. [/nevergonnahappen]
