I want to know what some exercises you guys are doing...and if your seeing any great results?

    Ive been doing...
    db arnold press
    db shoulder press
    bb upright rows
    db side raises
    db front raises

anything i should take out/ add? I am not seeing much improvement in the shoulder department.

this one is weird, saw it in a magazine, but it hits my ant delts really good. you lay on an incline bench, little higher than 45'. you hold a straight bar or i guess you could use a EZ curl straight out in front of you, straight arms, and raise it above your head and lower it. hits em real good.

I'm just starting out, but I've had great results from Arnold presses and (I think they're called) static raises, or whatever it's called when you hold a dumbell in each hand and stand with your arms out to the sides. Do that to failure and rest a couple minutes, repeat until exhausted.

I've started doing the exercise Jay Cutler does in the shredded video, my shoulders exploded after the first 2 workouts.
