    anybody wanna tell me how to get some muscle where all that whispy hair is at? i can feel my breast plate in the center of my chest.

    flys would be the best way to go though right? cuz it seems like all the muscle build up is at the bottom/to the outsides of my pecks, never in the center.

    picture DB bench press... now, use a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and touch the DBs together... they should be sitting right on your chest

    press up, bring back down, keeping the DBs in contact with each other

    a lot of that inner chest area is highly genetic... some people simply don't grow there.

    i think it'll be years till i get muscle in there :hs:
    ever since 9th grade i've had this problem

    been about a month.
    up to around 187, gained about 8 lbs.

    I kid..

    Errr.. umm yeah. You might want to take whole body shots as its really hard to judge progress with a close up shot like that. Whats your program like?

    The only reason I can tell its two different pictures is because the towel in the background has changed.

    Wait longer than a month for visible results.

    just give it some time, my chest didn't do much for awhile. but doing just db press, some db fly, and cable crossovers have started to build some mass in the upper portion.

    yea, just a title that popped up in my head, and i am enjoying it, like after a good day of working out the legs.
    yea picture sucks, maybe next month i'll have a better one.
    just didnt want this thread to get too lost thats why i posted another one.
    and i'm up to 190 actually. my goal is to be at 215-220.
