I started lifting again back in December, and I've been steadily going up in weight on everything except when working on biceps. I started out curling 50 lbs. back in December and I've gone up to 60 since then, but I've increased the weight on all of my other exercises (chest, back, etc.) by at least 40 lbs since starting Any advice? Anyone?

chest/back/etc are much bigger muscle groups than BICEPS, so obviously you'll see bigger strength gains in them

But I'm also seeing a lot of improvement in my triceps. If my muscles were kids on a school bus, my biceps would be that retarded kid who's parents were too proud to sign him up to ride the short bus.

I've just started changing my diet around to where I'm eating a lot more protien. Hopefully that'll help things.

Biceps have always been really strong for me, haven't done them much lately but I always loved doing pullups and I helped moving heavy stuff for my mom's business alot when I was younger so I'm sure that could be a reason

ive seen the most gains in my arms from doing core workouts, not isolated ones. that being said, after i finish my routine i will do some preacher curls on Mon/Fri. Moved up on the EZ curl bar from 10lbs on each side to 35lbs with noticable arm growth.

there's also this other bicep exercise... i forget the name

grip a straight bar about shoulder width apart, standing
bring the weight up by pulling your elbows back... instead of having your elbows remain still, when you bend your arm and contract the bicep, you pull your elbows back and kinda "slide" the bar up your front as high as you can (usually bottom of ribs)
after that exercise, i guarantee sore-ness
