Been training late at night lately.........

    Due to a little different schedule at work..............and now that I'm once again shredding up a bit I cut the carbs out ~5-6 pm.....been training from 9-1030, so when I come home I'm kind of stuck about what to do, yesterday I dropped my cals down to 150 and will go lower today, for the rest of the week, my metabolism is ridiculous in that sense and I'll be shredded in 2 weeks.

    My question is what carbs should I take in if I do work out late at night again, for those who are cutting? yesterday I had none, I just had a piece of salmon after training and thats it

    thats what I figured.........what do you suggest? some fruit? or brown rice/oats?

    dextrose, followed by a balanced meal with lots of EFAs

    brown rice/oats, cereal, malto, avoid fructose basically

    im basically 100% sure that me and christophers give the best cutting advice

    in a BFI container down an alley
    have a gatorade(35 simples) or something right after training...like immediatly...you body will use it. Then have a starch carb and protein like chris said about 1/2 hour later or hour.

    :werd: With some protein

    Or better yet.. during :coold: with some type of carbs pre-workout (if you use dextrose / malto.. sip on it over a extended period of time).

    actually ya during will work as well...probably be better for the training
