    I know I'm still weak but this progress has been awesome. :cool:

    wtf, i can squat 300 for 5 reps at the end of my sets (same routine) but i only deadlift like 215.

    I've been able to deadlift more than I could squat since I started working out (in January)

    what feels like parallel to floor, no mirrors :wtc: i suppose i could ask someone to watch me. it feels parallel to me.

    It's probobly not parallel then.

    Do them in front of a mirror at home (without weights) and see what parallel really looks/feels like.... then take it to the gym and use the same form, but if you aren't going that deep, make sure you drop a lot of weight of of what you were previously using, and work your way up slowly.

    I go all the way down when I do squats..is that bad? I've also been on christophers routine for a bit and my squats have gone from 5*165 to 5*225, I also started that routine with a injured hamstring though.

    as much as i try, i can't seem to get my ass to the grass when doing squats.

    and good job on the progress, i've been prepping the past week. i'll be getting started for real next week. this week i'll be measuring my bf, arms, legs, waist, etc. and determining my 5RM's for all the diff exercises.
