Been off 1 month and 3 days so far

    and I have lost 8lbs :eek5: I thought I was going to dip much much further.


    I go back on the 13th :x: can't wait....

    I went back monday. I took from dec 8th off. I didnt' exactly do a proper rest and recover. I drank my ass off. Anyway, I'm back on a good clean slightly calorie deficit diet and training hard.

    I think I'm drinking too much water. I know that sound stupid, but after I go past 2.5 gallons per day I feel more dehydrated in the morning. I'm been at 3 gallons. I think it's too much.

    yeah I'd say that is a bit much....I'm between .5 gallon to 1 gallon

    told you it will be fine, if you got enough muscle maturity and hard training under your belt things dont dissappear. After 7 months off I still maintained a soft 220ish. 4 weeks back now an im already showing abs

    same, about a gallon for me right now...10 weeks out i will up it to 1-2

    .5-1 gallon doesn't seem like enough. Not at all.

    well I'm not goign for any shows or anything liek that. I just get enough to keep myself hydrated and thats that.

    I'm not looking to start shedding water weight or anything like that (Not sayig you are).

    well part of it for me is an oral fixation. Kinda like I have to be doing something, eating, drinking or whatever.

    during your 7 month hiatus ...did you
    eat correct?
    do any sort of exercise?
    and did you lose a lot of your strength?

    ate 2-3 times a day...all crap
    i lifted nothing but my ass off the couch occasionally
    yes i lost a shit ton of strength...I would say i went from benching 225 for 27-28 reps to about 10 reps. Although 4 weeks back my strength is climbing out of control
