I would add fiber and veggies (because of their fiber and water content) to that diet, I know it helps me not feel hungry too soon. I usually get some bags of salad and add some veggies (peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, mushrooms, etc).
You could add boiled broccoli, mushrooms or spaghetti squash to your spaghetti.
Maybe add flaxmeal in your shakes or put on your salad.

i separate the bag of beef jerky into smaller portions and only take what i want to eat so i don't end up doing what you do. a can of tuna with mayo and relish scooped up with low fat wheat thins is pretty good as well.

    thanks:)

i might have it memorized since i make them so damn often :yum:

    4 bananas
    3/4 cup ground flax seed
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup olive oil
4 scoops protein powder(given that each scoop is ~25gs protein)
    1 tspn baking powder
    1/2 tspn baking soda
    1/2 cup splenda

i also grind up walnuts and throw them in

mix the bananas, eggs, olive oil, and splenda first. then add the rest of the ingrediants and mix

    bake @ 350 degrees for ~20 minutes

makes about 12 muffins. they taste pretty damn good and are healthy
i take them to school, work, anywhere:bigthumb:

that is the recipe as he posted it iirc

i usually change it up. i made some today and instead of 4 bananas i used 3, and added an egg. however, this only yielded 10 muffins and they dont taste as good
