It's the weirdest thing. My SO gets them also. Easting super clean, keeping hydrated and working out really hard but getting them after standing up.

    Anyone else have this problem?

Poor circulation? No idea what causes them TBH.

I guarantee you are not getting enough water. I started drinking more water throughout the day and mine went away.

We both literally put away about a gallon each day.

i get them too. it's probably just low blood pressure. having low blood pressure is way healthier than having high blood pressure but you have to deal with the head rushes unfortunately :hs:

just try not to stand up so fast after sitting for a while, and give your body some time to get the blood back into your head.

I get pretty bad ones after standing up from doing leg press. Some day I will probably pass out and crack my head.
