I've been alternating exercises around but it's definitely time to change my routine. I'm looking for both mass and strength. I weigh 165 or so currently and eating around 4k calories with a 45c/30p/25f split. I saw gains for a while, but I've hit a plateau and it's time to eat more and change the routine Should I look into a 5x5 program? I checked this out http://www.building-muscle101.com/5-x-5-weight-training-program.html but don't think I'm feeling that. Isn't 2 days off overkill? Is it possible to come up with my own 5x5 routine utilizing the exercises from purs workout and doing a 3 day split? 1 rest day in between?
