Been bulking v.finallypics

    I've been bulking for the past month and a bit... maybe 1 or 2 lbs weight gain, but big 3 have all gone up 15-20 lbs. Started upping the cals again this week to keep the gains coming. My mom gave me an early christmas present, so I snapped some shots :)

    191, jeez, i'm one inch shorter and granted im not as solid as you, but i only weigh 165, where is that 25 lbs at. :hs:

    Canada ftl. It's winter, I'll go tanning in the spring.
    Gonna keep at it until I hit 225x5 on bench.

    you shouldn't bulk until you hit specific #'s on a lift, you should bulk until you have too much bodyfat to handle

    I should've been more clear, I'm bulking atleast until I can get 225x5, I'll countinue on until I can't stand the bodyfat.

    :mamoru: you spend too much on 'supplements.' you need to just focus on calories. protein is probably the only thing you need outside of whole food.

    I just thought it would make an interesting pic... Most of the containers are empty, it's a collection of 2 years worth of supplements. The only things I'm currently taking are creatine (3 of the bottles, works), a multi and ZMA (5 of the bottles, noticeably better sleep).
