    doing wendlers 5/3/1

    testing my maxes this week to get a rough estimate

    Since I haven't trained in a while and my strength should increase exponentially initially ill be modifying the xls every time I break a record

    So far I'm at 235x1 squats, 225x1 deadlifts, 5x75 military press

    I'll be testing my bench either tonight or tomorrow

    Of course these aren't true maxes, because i basically hopped in the gym after 2 years off and tested them, but we'll see how easy i can smash them in a few weeks

    I need to be 400/300/400 ASAP

    Squat
    Warmup
    5x175
    5x190
    5x200 SLOPPY

    squat
    2x10x120 SLOPPY had to quit here, going to revert to the base instead of strength

    so ill be doing the main movement and then 5x10 @ 50%
