Been 3 months off, getting back into it *pics* Hi guys- It's been almost 3 months since I've really been able to work out (tennis season, I got some pretty bad tendonitis) Anyway, I'm officially healed up now, so its time to get back to the gyms starting tonight. I'm 6'0 and about 180 (I had bulked to 190, but lost it during that 3 months). Basically I just want to do a new workout plan, my old one didn't really hit all my muscles evenly. I also can work out 5 times a week now, since school is over. Can anyone give me a good workout plan to hit my chest back and arms? (not goin' for the fratboy look, I have my own track workout for legs) Thanks in advance guys, this is the board taht helped me bulk from 150-180 in about 3 months last fall.
