Beef jerky almost has as much protein as whey.

    i don't thik that's the case. the most i've ever seen in 20g of beef jerky is about 12g of protein. I haven't seen any whey with that low percentage.

    it's good, and its a lean source of protein. But its not as much

    this morning, i got a slim jim beef steak stick

    150 calories, 3g fat, 22g protein. $2.50

    not a bad morning snack.

    i had the spicy thai yesterday

    there's a starbank near my house that sells 80g bags for 3.99. they aslo got the tender cuts.

    my favorite though... the buffalo chicken nuggets..

    actually it was pretty dry. my freind got the original slim jim, it was alot greasier.

    locusts, grasshoppers and crickets are at the top for those. heck, locusts are have been used as emergency food by shipwrecked sailors for centuries.
