I would say that it wouldnt be much different from what I would eat at home which would be some normal Cuban food, like beans + meat (chicken breast most likely) banana (yes I eat bananas with rice + meat) and white rice. However I do know most restaurants layer their food with shit so I came here for advice cause my judgment may be very wrong.

Alright, no sour cream and rice or cheese.

The tortillas at this place are fairly small so I will just jam pack the 5 or 6 little tortillas they give you with meat and veggies.

It will be the toppings which hurt you, plus the cheese. It depends how much you need to cut, one night off isnt going to hurt you.

I don't understand why so many people are bitching about the thread. I had a question, I asked it and it got answered.

I'm not trying to amuse anyone.

Yeah but you have to understand that that lettuce and tomato comes in packages from across the world sometimes and has a bunch fo chemicals used so it doesn't go bad, its not actually "fresh". Have you ever worked at a subway, quiznos or a food restaurant?

There is nothing wrong with being interested in Fitness and Nutrition while also having 6th grade equivalency spelling skills.

Well I'm sorry so many of you are upset at my topic.

I had a legitimate question and it got answered, thank you very much.

I'm not an expert on you but most of you here know what you are talking about so I came here for advice.

Like I said before the way food is cooked in restaurants are different so I was wondering if it was good or bad, no need to explode and get all hostile for no reason.
