I weighed in at 218. The next morning I weighed 225. Everything was going perfectly!! All of my gear fit perfectly!! Squat - 1st - 755 good lift, easy 2nd - 804 good lift, easier 3rd - 848 good lift, total domination!! Bench - 1st - 551 no lift, couldn't touch, dumped on belly 2nd - 551 no lift, touched and then launched it straight back into the rack, I felt like a rookie at this point. 3rd - 551 good lift, touched and then pressed slow and controlled in a perfect straight line and held it for the rack command. Deadlift - 1st - 507 good lift, piece of cake 2nd - 562 good lift, I needed 561 to qualify for seniors!! 3rd - 601 good lift, this gave me a 2000 pound total!! All in all it was a great day. I was strong enough to bench 650 today but I just need more practice in the shirt. My deadlift is finally starting to come back around. I was very happy with my squat. It's been 11 months since I have competed. I cleaned out for 9 months and lost 50 pounds!! I only got back on and started training heavy 6 weeks ago!! The squat, bench and total were huge pr's for me at 220. I'll try to hit 2200 (10x bodyweight) at senior nationals in 4 weeks!! Oh, and I won first place in my division. That doesn't mean a whole lot though because the other guys bombed out. I also wanted to add that I couldn't have done it without PurEvl's help.
